We used to charge by the hour. Things have changed, so we no longer do: every engagement starts with a solution design and a clear scope, so you know what you get and what it costs before we start. All prices exclude BTW (VAT). Business clients in other EU countries: BTW is reverse-charged. Clients outside the EU pay no Dutch BTW.

So Switched-on support is the one thing we still sell by the hour: a monthly bucket for support, small changes, Dynamics and Power Platform help, journeys and marketing work, or running what we built for you. The bigger the bucket, the lower the rate. Switch it on, up or off month by month.
